Coventry Music Lessons

Ryan Johnson is an accomplished guitarist, educator, composer, producer and bandleader from Monson, MA. Graduating with high honors from Berklee School of Music with a degree in both Performance and Music Production and Engineering, Ryan spreads his focus to include both the creative side of performance and the coordination and execution of many musical projects.

Ryan has worked with Commonwealth Music LLC and the Music Teacher's Network, teaching inhome guitar and music lessons to children of ranging ages and abilities. Ryan also has experience working with children who have mental disabilities and special needs.

Ryan received the Engineering Scholar Award from Berklee, and has produced and engineered a multitude of recording projects of various natures. Ryan is an avid songwriter and will be producing and recording his debut album of jazz/acoustic compositions in spring of 2015. Ryan is the guitarist and bandleader of Blackout Funk, the Sugarnotes, and the Ryan Johnson Group. He also performs with the Soulfront Band, the Alchemystics, and The Long Tones.
